MSC Meraviglia

MSC Meraviglia is the stunning lead ship of MSC Cruises’ Meraviglia Class, a class comprising five ships: MSC Meraviglia, MSC Bellissima, MSC Grandiosa, MSC Virtuosa and MSC Euribia. As the first ship launched in the class, she entered service following her launch on 2 September 2016 and christening in June 2017.

Measuring an impressive 171,598 gross tons, 315.8 metres (1,036 ft) in length, and spanning 15 passenger decks, MSC Meraviglia accommodates up to 5,642 passengers with over 1,500 crew. Guests can enjoy 4 swimming pools, 19 bars and lounges, and up to 9 dining venues including specialty restaurants. A major 2024 refurbishment introduced enhanced public areas, energy-efficient upgrades and shore-power capability.

Copenhagen

A must see is the Christiansborg Palace which is the National museum full of fascinating Viking relics. Stroget is Europe's longest pedestrian shopping street lined with cafes & Shops. Stroll along the Nyhavn Canal to check out the market stalls and view the old sailing ships moored along the banks of the canal. The two cruise terminals for Copenhagen are situated approx ten minutes journey time by bus or train to Central Station in the centre of Copenhagen.

Oslo

Oslo is situated on the apex of the journey through the Skagerrak Strait close to the border of Sweden. The city centre is a fairly short walking distance from the Cruise Terminal. The redbrick Town Hall is the city's most familiar landmark and definitely visit the VIKING SHIP MUSEUM, to see three Viking long ships (dated 800 - 900 AD) unearthed in the 19th century. Also Akershus Castle is well worth a visit full of secret passages, crypts, dungeons and magnificent halls.
